The day-to-day workings of Mission Direct are seen to by small but dedicated teams of staff both in the UK  and around the world, wherever we partner.

However we have a much wider group of people who provide Mission Direct with vital support on a regular basis.

Our UK staff: A small but dedicated team that ensures the smooth behind-the-scenes running of our work. Click here to meet them.

Our overseas team leaders: Along with our staff teams, liaise with the in-country projects to ensure that all our volunteers have the best possible trip experience. That means everything from arranging transportation and visas to offering pastoral support to staff and volunteers. Click here to meet them.

Our trustees: The trustees are the ‘keepers of the vision’ for Mission Direct. They are a group of professionals who help Mission Direct hold fast to its original vision. They provide overall governance for the working of Mission Direct and hold the executive (see UK team) to account on matters of strategy, operation and policy. Click here to meet them.
