Rewired IT Teams

 A fortnight on a Rewired project is a chance to plant the seeds of a prosperous future for hundreds of children who have faced nothing but poverty and loss.

 Mission Direct Re-wired is dedicated to improving education (particularly IT) resources in developing countries. We utilise used IT equipment donated by individuals and organisation.

You will be installing an IT suite in Kampala Children’s Home and another at Rukungiri primary school. Many of the children at these are AIDS orphans. You will be giving them the chance to acquire one of the most precious skills – it is the chance for them to gain professional skills they need to climb out of poverty.

If Africa gets left behind in the IT revolution, then the gap between rich and poor Nations will only get bigger.
